Devoteam Creative Tech is the team specialized in the design of digital products and services that are efficient and sustainable with high added value. Our objective is to simplify the daily lives of our users and generate tangible value for our large clients in various sectors (banking, insurance, e-commerce, energy, industry, market finance, luxury, and retail). We are 1,100 creative technologists, with 800 experts in France, distributed in 5 tribes of expertise.

As a Product Designer, you will work in a long-term mission with a large client in a management framework. You are fully integrated into their product ecosystem while being accompanied by the design community of our ESN.
You are responsible for end-to-end design, from discovery to delivery, with a clear objective: to design useful, efficient, and user-needs-adapted digital products.
Your missions:
Frame & align: understand the client's challenges, conduct workshops with stakeholders, prioritize needs, and structure the design backlog.
Explore & analyze: conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative), analyze data, synthesize actionable insights.
Design & deliver: produce journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and accessible, eco-designed, and coherent UI interfaces with existing design systems.
Test & iterate: organize user tests, pilot UX audits, and iterate on journeys with performance indicators.
Your posture:
You are comfortable working autonomously within a product team while living the design culture at the client. You adopt a value-oriented product vision, collaborate closely with PMs, POs, developers, and business, and actively contribute to the design maturity of the organizations you accompany.
B2 level in English at minimum to produce deliverables, conduct meetings, and conduct workshops in English.
Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer with a solid portfolio showcasing previous projects and results
Figma proficiency required!
Excellent communication skills to argue your design choices convincingly within the team.
