Devoteam Creative Tech is the team specialized in the conception of digital products and services that are both efficient and sustainable with high added value. Our objective is to simplify the daily lives of users and generate tangible value for our large clients in various sectors (banking, insurance, e-commerce, energy, industry, market finance, luxury, and retail). We are 1,100 creative technologists, including 800 experts in France, distributed in 5 tribes of expertise.

In the Product & Project Management tribe, our mission is to understand the business and technological challenges, and to cultivate the product culture at our large client accounts. In practice, we aim to conceive, implement, and promote digital products and services that have an impact on their core business activities. Our community, in numbers:

• 300 Product Owners, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Change Managers dedicated to discipline and excellence;
• 50 managers who support their colleagues to develop their expertise;
• 250 training sessions per year via the Creative Tech Academy;
• +200 new missions per year exclusively for large clients;
• 1 mindset driven by collaboration and respect.

Job Description

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the definition, positioning, conception, and delivery of innovative digital products and services centered on the user. You intervene in the digital transformation of large CAC 40 groups, in this capacity, you intervene on:

The definition of the product/service to be implemented, its positioning (marketing mix) and the roadmap associated with the deployment of the product/service;

The follow-up of the defined roadmap through the coordination between the different stakeholders of the project (marketing, business, development, acceptance, etc.) in order to execute the best possible the defined vision;

The prioritization of your backlog according to 4 characteristics: their business value, their effort of realization, their risk, and the technical or business knowledge brought by their implementation.

Qualifications

What are the necessary assets to join the team?

Graduated from a bac+5 degree, ideally with first experience around product activities, customer journey, and application conception.

English: You know how to communicate and exchange in an international context

You have an appetite for the product and for the implementation of a strategy

And be endowed with an excellent interpersonal relationship.

You have a pronounced sense for the quality of the service you deliver and like to work in a team. You are used to evolving in international environments.

Additional Information

Our process is as follows:

- Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English and validate your motivation

- Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs during an exchange with a business expert

- Leadership Interview: it allows to evaluate your potential, your ambitions and to envisage your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one interview in person. A reference is requested and, according to your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be addressed to you. If your application is retained, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions. In case of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
