Devoteam Creative Tech is the team specialized in the conception of digital products and services that are both efficient and sustainable with high added value. Our objective is to simplify the daily lives of users and generate tangible value for our large account clients, in different sectors (banking, insurance, e-commerce, energy, industry, market finance, luxury and retail). We are 1,100 creative technologists, including 800 experts in France, distributed in 5 tribes of expertise.

In the Product & Project Management tribe, our mission is to understand the business and technological challenges, and to cultivate the product culture among our large account clients. In practice, we aim to design, implement, and continuously promote digital products and services that have an impact on their core business activities. Our community, in numbers:

• 300 Product Owners, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Change Managers dedicated to discipline and excellence
• 50 managers who support their colleagues in developing their skills
• 250 training sessions per year via the Creative Tech Academy
• +200 new missions per year exclusively for large account clients

Job Description

You want to pilot strategic digital products within the business or IT directions of our leading clients in the energy and industry sector? Do you enjoy linking business and technical teams in an agile and stimulating environment? This position is for you. Your missions include:

• Defining the product vision and functional perimeters
• Prioritizing the backlog according to business value and operational challenges
• Leading the workshops of framing and co-design with business and technical teams
• Writing user stories and leading agile rituals
• Coordinating developments, phases of acceptance and deployment
• Leading project committees and participating in functional and technical arbitrations

Qualifications

The profile we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 4 years of IT experience
• Functional profiles: Product Owner capable of analyzing business needs and transforming them into concrete digital solutions, with experience on business applications, industrial platforms, management tools, or B2B portals
• Technical profiles: Product Owner with a technical background (former developer or QA automation), mastery of SQL, API, Postman, PowerBI, databases...
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Capacity to evolve in an agile and international environment (B2 level in English, oral and written, mandatory)

Additional Information

Our process is as follows:

• Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English and validate your elements of motivation
• Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs during an exchange with a business expert
• Leadership Interview: it allows us to evaluate your potential, your ambitions and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one interview in person. A reference check is required and, according to your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you. If your application is retained, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions. In case of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
