Devoteam Creative Tech is the specialized team in the design of digital products and services that are efficient and sustainable with high added value. Our goal is to simplify the daily lives of users and generate tangible value for our large account clients, in various sectors (banking, insurance, e-commerce, energy, industry, market finance, luxury and retail). We are 1,100 creative technologists, including 800 experts in France, distributed in 5 tribes of expertise.
In the Product & Project Management tribe, our mission is to understand business and technological issues, and to cultivate the product culture among our large account clients. In practice, we aim to design, implement and continuously promote digital products and services that have an impact on their core business activities. Our community, in figures:
300 Product Owners, Product Managers, Project Managers and Change Managers dedicated to discipline and excellence;
50 managers who support their colleagues to develop their skills;
250 training sessions per year via the Creative Tech Academy;
+200 new missions per year exclusively for large account clients;

As a Product Owner, you are responsible for the completion of the project or the design of the product/service. You intervene in the digital transformation of large CAC 40 groups, on issues of redesign and implementation of E-Commerce and M-Commerce sites or on the creation of innovative user journeys, you bring your expertise in a performance of the delivered solutions.
In this role you intervene on:
The collection of needs through the animation of workshops, focus groups or user studies …,
The conception and management of your main tool of work: the product backlog,
The prioritization of your backlog according to 4 characteristics: their business value, their effort of realization, their risk and the technical or business knowledge brought by their implementation,
The conception and writing of user stories in order to allow the development and acceptance teams to better understand the deliverables to be produced on each sprint;
Interactions with the Design team
The management of schedules and the organization of Agile instances (Stand up meeting, Demo, Sprint review…)
The management of the budget linked to your activity and the associated budget reporting in order to identify the actions to be taken in case of budget impact;
The evangelization of a digital culture by training teams on new uses or processes thanks to a user experience logic.
With a higher education, you have a minimum experience of 2/3 years in the management of digital projects in agency or consulting firm and in agile methods.
You have a global vision of digital marketing and have a good technical and UX culture. You show a real organizational capacity and you know how to adapt to all situations thanks to your sense of service.
Mastery of English is indispensable.
Our process is as follows:
- Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English and validate your motivation - Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs during an exchange with a business expert - Leadership Interview: it allows to evaluate your potential, your ambitions and to envisage your evolution within Devoteam.
We prefer at least one interview in person. A reference is requested and, according to your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you. If your application is retained, we will send you a proposal presenting the employment conditions. In case of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
