Job Description
By joining our teams, you will be responsible for the following missions:
Define the product vision and elaborate the roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage the product backlog: prioritize user stories and bug tickets.
Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
Ensure the product's compliance with user needs and business objectives.
Perform competitive and technological surveillance to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
To fill this position, we are looking for a profile with the following mandatory qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Perfect mastery of agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban)
- Communication, Rigor, and Product Culture
- A PSPO certification is a plus for the position
Additional Information
The recruitment process at Devoteam consists of 2 to 3 interviews:
Talent Acquisition Interview: The objective is to assess your skills, your level of English, and validate your motivation.
Tech & Business Interview: This interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs in an exchange with a business expert.
Leadership Interview: It allows us to evaluate your potential, your ambitions, and envision your evolution within Devoteam.
We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is required, and depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be addressed to you.
