Job Description

Your missions:

• Define the product by identifying business needs, establishing the roadmap, and writing detailed User Stories.
• Accompany the change by developing a change management strategy and training end users.
• Validate the product by defining acceptance criteria, participating in demonstrations, and managing business acceptance.
• Ensure project follow-up, including budget monitoring and management.
• Bring your expertise and reference on the role of Product Owner within the agile team.

Qualifications

Your assets to join us:

• You are a graduate of a top engineering school or a Master 2 in computer science.
• You have significant experience of at least 5 years in managing digital projects.
• You are an experienced Product Owner and master the issues and technologies of the digital field.
• You are rigorous, diplomatic, pedagogical, and have a keen interest in marketing and detail.
• You aspire to evolve in the world of agility (certifications, Scrum Master...).

How does the recruitment process at Devoteam proceed?

It includes 2 to 3 interviews:

- Talent Acquisition Interview : the objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and validate your motivation elements

- Tech & Business Interview : this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs during an exchange with a business expert

- Leadership Interview : it allows us to evaluate your potential, your ambitions, and consider your evolution within Devoteam. We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you.

If your candidate is selected, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions. In case of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
