Your missions:

• Define the product, identify business needs, and establish the product roadmap.
• Write User Stories and provide detailed information.
• Accompany the change, define the strategy, inform users, and write documentation.
• Validate the product by defining acceptance criteria and participating in demonstrations.
• Ensure the follow-up and management of the project budget.

Your assets to join us:

• Graduated from a major engineering school or a Master 2 in computer science, you have significant experience of at least 4 years in the management of digital projects and master the issues and technologies of the digital field.
• You are already a Product Owner, which allows you to be a reference on this role.
• You are rigorous, diplomatic, pedagogical, and have a pronounced taste for marketing and details.
• In the long term, you aspire to evolve in agility: certifications, scrum master...

How does the recruitment process at Devoteam proceed?

It consists of 2 to 3 interviews:

- Talent Acquisition Interview: The objective is to review your skills, your level of English and validate your motivation elements

- Tech & Business Interview: This interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs during an exchange with a business expert

- Leadership Interview: It allows evaluating your potential, your ambitions and considering your evolution within Devoteam. We prioritize at least one interview in person. A reference is required and, according to your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be addressed to you.

If your application is retained, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions. In case of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
