Devoteam Creative Tech is the team specialized in the conception of digital products and services that are efficient and sustainable with high value added. Our objective is to simplify the daily lives of our users and generate a tangible value for our large clients, in different sectors (banking, insurance, e-commerce, energy, industry, market finance, luxury and retail). Job Description

Your missions:

• Define the product vision and the MVP
• Prioritize the backlog according to the business value
• Animate the co-design workshops (Design Thinking, UX/UI)
• Follow the KPIs via Google Analytics, design the dashboards
• Write the user stories and animate the agile rituals
• Coordinate the developments, recipes, roll-out, and management of anomalies
• Pilot the steering committees and strategic arbitrations

Qualifications

Engineer or from a bac+5 training, at least 4 years of experience in the management of digital products. You are endowed with a great ability to structure and advance projects of technical dimension while showing energy, conviction, tenacity, and autonomy.

Pre-requisites for the position:

• Proven experience at a key player in retail, luxury, or services
• You know how to exchange daily in an English-speaking environment
• Successful experience on a BtoB or/and BtoC site
• Work in an agile environment
• Know how to manage teams
• Experience in API environments, webservices or management of flows
