We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Consultant, with solid experience in the platform and eager to lead challenging projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the implementation and consultancy of comprehensive campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as in resolving incidents and training users. Special emphasis will be placed on programming skills and experience with Service Cloud and/or CRM Analytics, as these skills are fundamental for the integration and advanced customization of our solutions.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the consultancy and implementation of campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including the definition of the strategy, the configuration of journeys, automations, landing pages, and dynamic emails. Design and execute advanced SQL segmentations for the creation of precise and personalized audiences. Perform data migrations and ensure the correct synchronization between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. Resolve technical and functional incidents on the platform, ensuring the continuity and proper functioning of campaigns. Create customized components in Salesforce CRM, such as flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards, to support marketing operations. Provide training and functional support to users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud. Support in the configuration of advanced functionalities, such as Mobile Studio and Mobile Push, for multi-channel campaigns. Lead and support demos of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to potential clients, demonstrating the value and capabilities of the platform.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, with a proven track record of implementation projects. Certifications: Possession of official Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Email Specialist, and other related Marketing Cloud certifications will be valued. Key Technical Skills: Mastery of SQL for segmentation and automations. Knowledge and experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript for the creation of dynamic emails and landing pages. Experience with flows and validation rules in Salesforce CRM. Experience with Service Cloud and/or CRM Analytics: Experience in the configuration of Service Cloud, CRM Analytics, the use of flows, and training to users in this area is considered a plus. Additional Skills: Knowledge in Agile methodologies and handling of tools such as Visual Studio Code. Consulting Skills: Great organizational capacity, proactivity, and excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and teams. Education: University degree in Engineering, Big Data, or a related field. Languages: B2 minimum in English.
