Missions of the position:

• Design intuitive and aesthetic user interfaces aligned with business needs and user expectations.
• Create smooth and optimized user journeys in collaboration with product and UX teams.
• Develop design systems, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure the quality and visual consistency of digital products across all platforms.
• Actively participate in co-creation workshops with clients and teams.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from a Bac+5 in Design, UX/UI, or equivalent.
• Significant experience as a UI Designer, ideally on complex projects.
• Proficient in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and design thinking methodologies.
• Have a solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in interface design.
• Comfortable collaborating within multidisciplinary teams (developers, PO, etc.).

Recruitment process at Devoteam includes 2 to 3 interviews:

• Talent Acquisition Interview: The goal is to assess your skills, your level of English and validate your motivation elements.
• Tech & Business Interview: This interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs in an exchange with a business expert.
• Leadership Interview: It allows to evaluate your potential, your ambitions and to consider your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is required and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be addressed to you.

If your application is selected, we will send you a proposal presenting the hiring conditions. In case of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
