Description of the Position:
As an UX Designer, you are responsible for designing user-friendly digital journeys to make our clients' products and services more intuitive and easy to use. You work on digital innovation issues in omnichannel contexts for our large clients.
You play an essential role in the strategy, design, and improvement of web or mobile digital products, in BtoC, BtoB, or BtoE environments.
You work in multidisciplinary teams for our clients in various sectors such as retail, media, industry, energy, banking and insurance, etc.
In this role, your responsibilities are:
UX Strategy: understanding and analyzing the subject, market benchmarking, deepening through various convergence workshops with stakeholders (Product Manager, Product Owner, Lead Tech, Product Designer, business, etc.), co-construction of the product value proposition, animation of the Design Thinking approach, animation of collaborative workshops, prioritization of the design backlog.
Exploratory Research: conducting exploratory research on user needs and usages, using methods such as interviews, field observation, focus groups, quantitative surveys, and UX data analysis to guide your design decisions. Materialize them in the form of reports, personas, and experience maps.
Conception and Delivery: creating the information architecture, zoning/sketching, user flows, wireframes respecting accessibility and eco-design standards to effectively communicate your design concepts.
Evaluative Research: conducting UX audits, guerilla tests, moderated and unmoderated user tests to evaluate the effectiveness of your designs and identify areas for improvement.
Profile Required:
You have a higher education degree in art, ergonomics, or specialized masters.
You have a minimum of 7 years of experience as an UX Designer with a solid portfolio highlighting previous projects and their results.
You have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and are skilled at facilitating and leading ideation or co-design workshops.
You are proficient with tools like Figma, Figjam, Lookback, Zero Height, Optimal Workshop, Maze.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, good analytical capacity, strong propositional force, and creativity. You enjoy working in teams and iterating your proposals and challenging yourself.
Fluency in English would be a significant advantage.

How does the recruitment process at Devoteam proceed? It includes 2 to 3 interviews:
Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to review your skills, your level of English, and validate your motivation elements,
Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their adequacy with our needs in an exchange with a business expert,
Leadership Interview: it allows us to evaluate your potential, your ambitions, and consider your evolution within Devoteam.
We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is required, and depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you.
If your application is selected, we will send you a proposal presenting the employment conditions. In case of acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
