The Design Administrator plays a key role in the continued development and growth of our Vertical Brands by providing support for the Brand Design Team. The primary responsibilities of the role are to coordinate and manage information and data pertaining to Brand Design deliverables. Including oversight of project management system and brand deliverables calendar. In addition, the Design Administrator is responsible for management of photo shoot samples/props and event signage library.

The ideal candidate for the Design Administrator role is detail oriented, especially when it comes to data entry and processes, have strong time management and project management skills and can deliver results for multiple tasks with limited direction. Must work collaboratively and be proactive.

Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:

•Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure product development and launch calendar timelines are met. This includes accurate entry of product data, communicating issues to Brand Design, Design and Business Developers that may impact the timeline, etc.

•Provide weekly status to Brand Design team of upcoming dates and deliverables

•Build and maintain calendars of brand design related deliverables such as photo shoots, web assets, product naming, and event signage.

•Identify risks/opportunities for brand design projects; present roadblocks and solutions to continue to drive the process forward

Data Management and Organization:

•Manage project management software by inputting projects, updating due dates, action items, and feedback

•Perform related clerical and administrative activities such as responding to email, data entry, processing samples, and setting up and maintaining files; other admin duties as needed.

•Schedule recurring brand design and cross-functional meetings and provide timely and accurate meeting notes.

•Organize, rename and upload photo and video assets after shoots. Collaborate with Brand Designers, photographers and Business Developers to ensure proper file names and product info are included.

•Maintaining the organization of the brand design file server.

Sample Management:

•Management and archiving of wardrobe, props and product for use on photo and video shoots.

•Management and archiving event signage

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree

1 – 3 years of experience

Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, CAD a plus

Familiarity with a project management system, preferred

Microsoft Power Point required
