Diligent is looking for a Product Designer to support UX/UI design within our fast-moving product design team. As part of the broader UX department, you'll contribute to a wide range of initiatives - balancing forward-looking exploration with hands-on design support that extends beyond traditional product roadmaps. At Diligent, design is bold and thoughtful, shaping products trusted by leaders worldwide. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex challenges into simple, elegant solutions, while developing your craft and helping to shape the future direction of our products.
Key responsibilities include partnering with the Product Design Lead to ensure design work meets requirements and quality standards, contributing to the design process from early concepts through high-fidelity visuals and developer-ready specifications, collaborating with fellow designers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders, presenting and explaining design decisions, supporting user research activities, exploring and applying AI-powered tools to improve workflows, and contributing to a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required experience/skills include 3+ years of professional experience in UX or product design, a solid foundation in UX principles with strong visual design skills, exposure to SaaS products, ideally in B2B or enterprise contexts, familiarity with product design cycles, proficiency in modern design tools, clear communication skills, experience designing for web and mobile platforms, familiarity with working with design systems, a portfolio showcasing design work across the product lifecycle, awareness of AI tools in design, and bonus skills like coding knowledge, motion design, or data visualization.
