ROLE_DESCRIPTION - Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. Five plus years of industry experience with strong expertise in life insurance & annuity product development and servicing
2. Proven experience handling customer communication projects involving tools like Quadient, Exstream etc.
3. Must have direct experience actively using the Agile SDLC
4. Must be proficient with Jira or equivalent tools
5. Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex business feature support and assistance in making technical decisions
6. Active coach and mentor whose goals are to grow and maximize the team's potential
7. Establishes a clear vision and strategy, focuses externally, takes intelligent risks and collaborates to seize opportunities
8. Adept at demonstrating soft skills such as collaboration, creative thinking, critical observation, decision making and problem solving
