Key responsibilities include:
Product Vision & Strategy: Defining and communicating the product's vision and goals, while developing a roadmap to achieve them.
Backlog Management: Creating, organizing, and prioritizing items in the product backlog based on value, dependencies, risk, and strategic alignment.
Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary liaison between customers, stakeholders, and the development team.
Sprint Planning & Clarification: Clearly defining actionable requirements (user stories), answering team questions, and organizing development sprints.
Maximizing Value: Ensuring the team focuses on delivering high-quality, valuable features during every development cycle
