In the position of a Sr. Director of Application Product Management, you will lead the Product Management team for a strategic portfolio of business applications. You will be responsible for understanding the end-to-end process lifecycle, analyzing complex business problems, and driving solutions that achieve automation and autonomous experiences for our business functions and customers.
You will lead a team of technology product experts and collaborate with Docusign's business operations teams and cross-functional enterprise teams to create a product vision and deliver world-class, at-scale applications that tie the end-to-end experience. The success of the candidate is based on the understanding of industry best practices, and having the ability to translate the business needs into technical requirements and solutions that delight our internal customers.
This position is a people manager role reporting to Vice President, Applications Product Management.

California: $233,300.00 - $373,525.00 base salary
