Associate Product Manager – 12-Month Contract

Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a global leader in electrical solutions to hire an Associate Product Manager for a 12-month contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who wants to grow their career in product management while contributing to innovative projects that connect and protect customers worldwide.

What You’ll Experience in This Role

1. Manage Product Life Cycle – Collaborate with Senior Product Managers to identify products at end of life cycle, manage excess and obsolete inventory, and drive product range simplification.
2. Strategize and Innovate – Work cross-functionally to improve product management processes, support new product development, streamline product setup, and enhance the customer experience.
3. Drive Financial Success – Conduct monthly business reviews on sales, volume, and profitability by product category and sales channel. Provide recommendations for inventory management, business simplification, and product strategy.
4. Collaborate and Communicate – Partner with Senior Product Managers and Marketing Communications on product launches, promotions, and campaigns. Prepare and present impactful presentations to support business growth.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or engineering—preferably with a manufacturer of physical products.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a collaborative mindset.
