Doherty is partnering with a company near Hanley Falls, MN to hire a Design Drafter. This is a direct-hire, hybrid opportunity with a collaborative team and strong career growth potential. Known for the strong culture, long tenured team, and commitment to high performing building solutions.

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $24–$28/hour

What you will do as a Design Drafter:

• Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD
• Verify client designs to meet performance requirements
• Review CAD models and drawings for completeness and accuracy
• Communicate on technical considerations with clients, project managers, and engineers
• Analyze information available to determine and plan the best layout for the project

What you need to be a Design Drafter:

• Degree and/or experience in construction, engineering, structural, or similar experience is preferred
• 1+ year of drafting experience
• Technical experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or similar construction software is helpful
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and math aptitude
• Ability to work onsite
