About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Product Transfer Operators for a manufacturing company in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you’ll support production by ensuring tanks and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use while safely transferring products to holding vessels. What You’ll Do as a Product Transfer Operator:

• Clean and sanitize compounding tanks, hoses, pumps, totes, and related equipment
• Follow MCP, company, and government sanitation standards and documentation requirements
• Transfer bulk product into totes and drums while maintaining quality and safety
• Accurately record weights, complete paperwork, and stage product for warehouse locations
• Document all cleaning and sanitizing activities in designated logs
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and waste reduction
• Assist with excess inventory transactions and other assigned duties

What You Need to Bring to the Product Transfer Operator Role:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for 8–10 hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Previous manufacturing or sanitation experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions in English
• Basic math skills (fractions and decimals)
• Comfortable using a computer for emails and printing forms
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred (or ability to be certified)
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Entry-level candidates welcome
