Senior Associate, Integrated Marketing, Consumer - Local (Growth Audiences & Emerging Markets)

DoorDash's mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. To further this mission, we're looking for a marketer who will sit at the intersection of growth, brand, product, and operations, to develop integrated marketing strategies for our consumer business at DoorDash. The integrated marketing team is a group of marketing generalists responsible for translating business goals into marketing strategies and serving as the general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market.

The Consumer Integrated Marketing team is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to lead local-first strategies rooted in key consumer insights. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for one of our core growth audiences, while also developing and scaling our emerging local markets strategy to accelerate DoorDash's growth in priority markets.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Oversee local-first GTM marketing strategies for priority growth audiences and emerging local markets, including development of strategic briefs, leading execution across channel and on-the-ground activations, managing budgets, and guiding creative recommendations
  • Build scalable marketing playbooks to accelerate growth in emerging local markets
  • Use consumer insights to develop locally relevant messaging, creatives, channel strategies, and campaign goals that resonate with priority growth audiences and capture growth in emerging markets
  • Lead the end-to-end testing and launch of new marketing channels and grassroots initiatives - setting data-driven goals, optimizing performance, and scaling successful programs to drive DoorDash customer acquisition in key local markets.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across workstreams by communicating progress toward goals, sharing performance results, and proactively identifying risks and mitigation plans
  • Facilitate weekly updates with core teams across performance, brand, creative, insights, analytics and strategy & operation and support monthly leadership updates across both workstreams

We're excited about you because you have…

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA a plus
  • 4+ years of experience as a Marketer, preferably leading local-first marketing strategies across a mix of performance, retention, and/or integrated marketing
  • The ability to synthesize audience and market insights into clear implications to inform end-to-end GTM marketing strategies, including creative direction, channel optimizations, and net new local campaign launches
  • A strong bias for action, with the ability to leverage your intuition when you don't have all the data and/or results you might need to keep work moving forward
  • Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills and are able to organize critical info both to senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A creative and entrepreneurial mindset; you enjoy tackling unsolved problems, building, scaling, and finding creative solutions with limited resources
  • The ability to connect with people, build relationships, and influence with authority
  • A love for collaborating and working on a team with extensive cross-functional experience partnering with groups across marketing (CRM, paid media, creative, etc), analytics, product, strategy & operations, etc.

We expect this position to be filled by 5/26/26.

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
