We're looking for someone to help scale DoorDash's next billion dollar business, DashMart. The DashMart team is focused on building a new type of convenience store, offering household essentials, groceries and local restaurant favorites to our customers' doorsteps.
As the Sr. Manager leading our DashMart Growth Strategy & Operations team, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing growth initiatives that provide customers with a seamless in-app experience and drive sustained order volume. You will own the end-to-end Growth strategy for our Core DashMart business; including everything from weekly volume reporting and deep-diving analyses to long-range strategic planning. Your leadership will span key levers including merchandising, promotions, shopping experience (ShopEx), and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
As a people leader, you will directly lead the DashMart Growth team. You will be responsible for translating high-level company objectives into an actionable roadmap, driving accountability, and ensuring your team's outputs deliver measurable customer impact. This role requires deep cross-functional partnership with Product, Category Management, and Operations to bring growth strategy to life. You will report to the Director, New Business Verticals and will be the primary owner of DashMart's volume goals, forecasting, and long-range planning.
