Within this organization, the Retention Marketing team is dedicated to helping restaurant operators unlock the full value of the SevenRooms platform. We build personalized, scalable lifecycle programs that drive product education, feature adoption, and long-term engagement. We act as both a trusted partner to operators and a strategic collaborator to cross-functional teams — ensuring our customers are equipped with the insights, tools, and support they need to succeed. As a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Associate, you will be responsible for communications and programs to grow customer engagement, product adoption, and retention on our SevenRooms platform through email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. You will develop targeted communications that guide customers through key moments in their journey — from onboarding and feature discovery to ongoing optimization and expansion. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Sales, Merchant Success, Operations, and Analytics to identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and improve the customer experience.
