An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Seamlessly manage complex calendars and high-priority schedules for senior leaders, ensuring every moment counts.
  • Serve as the go-to liaison for internal and external stakeholders, crafting polished reports, presentations, and correspondence that make an impact.
  • Drive team productivity by organizing key materials, documenting outcomes, and following through on action items with precision.
  • Support project lifecycles by tracking timelines, managing documentation, and fostering collaboration to hit every milestone on time.
  • Handle confidential data with integrity, oversee budgets and expenses, and champion a positive, collaborative team culture.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all tasks.
  • Effective project management capabilities, with a track record of driving initiatives to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships across all levels.
