In this role, the Restaurant Manager Trainer provides an immersive entry-point training experience for all new managers—building their mastery of Dunkin' brand standards, food safety, operational systems, and the skills needed to lead successful new-store openings and ongoing restaurant operations. Serving as both instructor and coach, this leader translates brand standards into practical, real-world execution while fostering confidence, consistency, and operational discipline. The position also plays a critical role in supporting new-unit growth through hands-on training, train-the-trainer methods, and ensuring strong openings across the franchise network. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, travel-heavy environment and are passionate about teaching, coaching, and motivating diverse adult learners. Training center is currently in Atlanta, GA and will move to Austin, TX.
