What is DIFY? It is a new category of technology that is faster and more cost effective than a human, and much easier to use than software. It is an AI first approach to solving customer problems. We believe in a world where everyone is a business owner. Whether it's a full-time, part-time, or side hustle - we want to make it frictionless to start and operate a business. Since launching in late 2022, over 5 million websites have been built with our AI powered website builder. We are generating significant revenue, well-funded by Silicon Valley investors, and growing extremely fast.
This role focuses on referral marketing, affiliate programs, and strategic growth partnerships. You'll own the channels that drive customers to us before they ever visit our website. That means scaling our customer referral program, recruiting and managing affiliates who promote Durable, getting us featured in "best of" lists and comparison articles, building our presence on review sites like Trustpilot and G2, and engaging in communities like Reddit and Quora where entrepreneurs ask for tool recommendations. You'll also make sure we show up when people ask AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for business software recommendations. This is half relationship building, half growth experiments – running tests, scaling what works (killing what doesn't), and turning the channels where buyers actually make decisions into reliable sources of new revenue.

Location: Ideal candidates are based in Vancouver. We may consider those based remotely in Canada on a case-by-case basis.
Compensation: Base salary range $90,000-120,000 CAD, plus equity. This range is based on Vancouver, BC. Actual compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and takes into account experience level and skillset.
