Position Summary

We are looking for a creative expert in AI tools - someone who combines sharp design skills with a technology mindset. As our AI Marketing Creative Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for leveraging cutting-edge generative AI to produce high-volume, high-quality assets across video, static, and text formats. You will bring a creative technologist's mindset to tooling.

You will use advanced prompt engineering, structured input logic, and AI-first workflows to generate content that fuels brand, performance, and lifecycle campaigns. Your work will be central to driving creative velocity, experimentation, and the evolution of evergreen assets. This role requires hybrid work from our Mountain View office, with 2+ days a week in person. This internship will pay $40 an hour with an expected 40 hours of work per week for the duration of the 6-month internship.

What You'll Do

Creative Generation

• Comfortable experimenting with and adopting a wide range of AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, Firefly, Jasper, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Visual Electric, Icon) to generate marketing-ready videos, images, and copy
• Leverages a strong understanding of visual production basics (e.g., camera types, lenses, lighting, composition) to craft detailed, high-quality prompts and make the most of generative AI tools
• Structure strong prompts, modular inputs, and reusable templates to produce high-fidelity creative variations at scale
• Rapidly iterate on new campaign ideas and evolve evergreen assets
• Maintain brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all formats and platforms, and avoid creative fatigue
• Share tooling insights and contribute to documentation around prompt logic, chaining, and template design for scalable content development
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, identifying opportunities to adopt or pilot cutting-edge techniques

What We're Looking For

• 0-1 years of experience in creative production (e.g., performance marketing, lifecycle content, agency, or brand).
• Open to experimenting with leading AI tools for content generation (e.g., Firefly, Runway ML, MidJourney, Jasper, ChatGPT, Canva, Veo3).
• Prior technical background preferred. Thinks structurally, comfortable with prompt engineering, JSON-like inputs, logic trees, or template systems.
• Experienced in fast-paced, high-output creative environments with rapid iteration cycles.
• Strong visual and copy sensibility; capable of enforcing brand guidelines and consistency in output.
• Nice to have - Familiarity with marketing KPIs: CTR, CPI, CPA
