Eaton's ES AMER Sector Integration division is currently seeking a Digital Product Training Specialist. The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
The Digital Product Training Specialist designs, develops, markets, delivers and manages learning solutions including instructor-led and virtual instructor-led sessions using a systematic approach of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation for technical and commercial content related to the digital software suite.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma with 7 years of experience in technology training, training program development, or technology education.-Minimum five years (5) of software industry experience-Minimum three years (3) experience in facilitation, instructional design, and adult learning principals-Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. Preferred Qualifications:
-Technical knowledge and project experience with intelligent and / or software products and an ability to quickly learn new products applicable to the Data Center and Industrial market segments to lead and facilitate the training program of Tier 1, 2, 3 and 4 instructor-led, web, virtual and alternative learning opportunities for technical and commercial groups.-Has knowledge of channel partners, specifiers, and customers, as well as a familiarity with the basic form, fit, and function of related products within the market segment.-Familiar with, or ability to rapidly learn product technical aspects and an ability to transfer those skills to North American Sales, sales representatives, and key channel partners.-Minimum of three years in software sales or in intelligent product management.-Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.-Must demonstrate a strong collaborative working style, working at multiple levels of an organization.-Ability to think and act strategically to address organizational training and development needs.-Detail oriented with strong time management skills.-Exceptional customer service orientation.-Knowledge and experience with adult learning practices.-Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
