Eaton's Electrical sector is currently seeking a Product Manager - Power Distribution and Control Assemblies to join our team. This position is based at our Edmonton, AB facility and offers benefits from day one.

As a Product Manager and People Leader, you will drive the full marketing lifecycle of assigned product lines—owning everything from strategy to execution—while developing and empowering the people who make it all happen.
What you'll do:
Basic Required Qualifications: • Diploma or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • Minimum 5 years of related sales, marketing or project management experience. • Previous marketing experience in the form of a sales engineer, product engineer or product/technical specialist. • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future. • No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications: • Professional Engineer Certification (P. Eng) • 3 years marketing experience in the form of a sales engineer, product engineer or product/technical specialist • Technical product aptitude of electrical distribution and control systems which included LV and MV switchgear and MV control • An understanding of relevant industrial and commercial markets and technologies
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Effective time management and project management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly motivated, self-starting, enthusiastic, results oriented team player
