About The Role

In this role, you will architect the foundational layer that allows enterprises to safeguard and synchronize petabyte-scale datasets across a complex multi-cloud landscape. You will bridge the gap between cloud storage infrastructure and mission-critical company compliance requirements—such as Disaster Recovery (DR) and Backup by augmenting the Egnyte ecosystem with third-party cloud applications. You will work closely with customers, prospects, technology partners, and internal teams to accelerate our growth in AEC.

What You'll Do

Vision & Strategy: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Egnyte's External Replication, defining a roadmap that balances massive scalability with mission-critical reliability.

Compliance & Resilience: Develop features that directly address enterprise Disaster Recovery (DR) and Backup mandates, ensuring data integrity and availability across hybrid-cloud environments.

Multi-Cloud Orchestration: Deep-dive into the technical nuances of AWS S3, Azure Blob, and Wasabi to build seamless, high-performance data synchronization.

Ecosystem Augmentation: Identify and drive technical integrations with third-party cloud applications and backup leaders (e.g., Rubrik, Acronis) to expand Egnyte's footprint in the data protection market.

Engineering Partnership: Act as the "Product CEO" in a high-velocity agile environment, partnering with world-class engineers to solve "hard" problems like data latency, at-rest consistency, and multi-region replication.

Your Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Product Management

Technical Authority: Deep architectural understanding of Cloud Object Storage (S3, Blob, Wasabi) and the mechanics of large-scale data synchronization, DR, and backup workflows.

Strong expertise in object store platform architecture on AWS, Azure and Wasabi

Ecosystem Experience: Proven track record of working with third-party APIs and cloud application vendors to build integrated product experiences.

Scale-First Mindset: Experience taking complex, backend-heavy infrastructure products from concept to global market success.

Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical requirements into compelling narratives for both developers and executive customers.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; MBA from a Tier-1 institution (IIM, ISB, etc.) is highly preferred.
