Marketing Coordinator
Global Visual Solutions seeks an experienced Marketing Coordinator to work with various stakeholders across Egon Zehnder to produce, update, and refresh communication styles. This role involves managing and ensuring the company intranet is up-to-date with the latest content and brand-approved visuals.
The role also includes writing a variety of content to support communications, marketing, and business groups in finalizing video scripts, e-communications, newsletters, and website copy.
The Marketing Coordinator works with experts, business managers, trainers, and other content creators to create impactful and interactive content for firmwide communication. The role also involves training new joiners in content updates on the Unily platform, creating, maintaining, and evolving templates to keep them engaging, and managing the pipeline for the Internal Communications team.
The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of the Global Visual Solutions Team at KCI.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Website Management:
- Manage and update website content, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Handle consultant profiles (bios, pictures, information) and maintain information recency.
- Oversee office webpages management, including new offices, changes, and Google Maps listings.
- Manage web content changes, including practice pages, insights, articles, news, and press releases.
Content Management:
- Create and manage content for newsletters, website copy, and video scripts and maintain process manuals.
- Ensure all promotional and marketing materials meet the company's brand identity strategy.
- Upload and manage video content on YouTube.
- Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
- General administrative and marketing duties including sending e-marketing campaigns, updating intranet and SharePoint sites, and publishing insights.
Communication Strategy:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the digital communication team for website updates.
- Serve as a point of contact for managing internal communications requests.
- Recommend techniques to improve the company's intranet and employee branding.
- Work with various Practice Groups to design interactive web content for internal audiences.
