Product & Admin Spec II - Vision

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The Product & Admin Spec II is responsible for collaborating with Vision sales and operations and supporting product administration.

How you will make an impact:

  • Anticipates and responds to questions and concerns from the sales and operations teams.
  • Leads projects on product conversions, system migrations and implementations.
  • Manages new case implementation through completion of all deliverables.
  • Provides on-going root cause analysis and identifies tools and best practices necessary for process improvement.
  • Coordinates proposal activities and responses by collaborating with other operating areas to provide a unified response.
  • Participates in strategy meetings with sales to determine product design and competitiveness, and supports renewal strategy for client retention.
  • Evaluates competitor and industry data to improve existing products.
  • Edits and reviews collateral materials and communications.
  • Researches and documents business issues and participates in developing and/or modifying business requirements.
  • Serves as a liaison with vendor, business, marketing, and shared service partners.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Prior experience working in healthcare insurance (Medicare and/or Medicaid) preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel) preferred.
