Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. As part of Elevance Health's Product Solutions organization, the National Solutions team is a strategic growth partner to enable segment growth by building and improving strategic product solutions which help employers improve workforce health, while addressing benefits affordability.

In this highly visible role, the Senior Product Manager will own solutions like the Virtual Second Opinion program end-to-end—combining strategic direction with hands-on program leadership. You'll be accountable for the program's performance across, member experience, clinical, contracts, financials, operations, and partner delivery, while ensuring every detail is executed. You'll also serve as the central connector across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Finance—plus our external vendor—driving alignment, removing obstacles, supporting client implementations, enabling the sales team, and continuously improving the product experience.

How you will make an impact:

  • Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
  • Develops and implements long term profitability strategies for market segment including market positioning, new product design pricing parameters, risk profiles, and legislative/regulatory responses.
  • Coordinates presentation, communication and implementation of all phases of product development.
  • Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies.
  • Serves as a product expert and a relationship manager to the core clients.
  • Manage product vendor relationship and program performance.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • MBA preferred.
  • Health or managed care experience preferred.
  • Product management experience preferred

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $99,624 to $163,668.
