Role Overview
The Marketing & Communications Manager supports the development and execution of the Group's Marketing & Communications strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all owned and external channels. The role contributes to brand awareness, revenue growth, customer acquisition, database expansion, and ROI/ROAS optimization, while safeguarding brand consistency and storytelling across the hotel portfolio.
The position reports to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager and works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated marketing, communications, PR, and CSR initiatives aligned with the Group's strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Support budget planning, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring effective allocation and control of marketing resources.
Support the development and execution of digital marketing and communications strategies across owned touchpoints.
Manage website presence and content, ensuring high-quality, engaging material aligned with brand standards and commercial objectives.
Oversee social media channels, digital platforms, campaign implementation, and coordination with third-party tools and partners.
Contribute to the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, optimizing performance to maximize awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Support and oversee public relations initiatives, including press releases, media relations, influencer collaborations, and press trips.
Host media and influencer visits at hotel properties, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and guest experience standards.
Plan and coordinate joint marketing initiatives with Sales, Food & Beverage, and HR teams, including promotional campaigns, partnerships, and special events.
Manage the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and brand assets in collaboration with external agencies and partners.
Drive brand storytelling through compelling visual and written content across all channels.
Participate in the planning and execution of photography and videography productions, managing post-production needs within approved budgets.
Research, evaluate, and manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and creative partners.
Coordinate CSR initiatives in collaboration with hotel teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with the Group's values and impact framework.
Support the organization of CSR-related events, volunteer actions, and impact programs that enhance brand reputation and community engagement.
Track, evaluate, and report the outcomes of CSR initiatives from a marketing and communications perspective.
Support the development of the annual Impact Report in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Oversee and support the Marketing Executive and Marketing Coordinator, ensuring alignment, development, and effective day-to-day execution.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated, consistent, and high-quality marketing and communication delivery.
