The Kitchen Steward is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all kitchen and staff dining areas. The role supports kitchen operations by ensuring that all equipment, utensils, and workspaces are kept clean and well-organized, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen, back-of-house, and staff canteen areas.

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with hygiene standards.

Ensure workstations, storage areas, and equipment are clean, organized, and properly maintained.

Assist with inventory control by restocking cleaning supplies and kitchen equipment as required.

Support the kitchen team with basic cleaning tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain efficient workflow and operational continuity.

Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
