We're looking for a Growth Manager to drive pipeline across paid channels, website, lifecycle marketing, and support community initiatives. You'll work alongside our Growth Lead and broader Growth team, owning day-to-day execution across paid ads, conversion optimisation on our site, the community touchpoints that surface Encord within the ML ecosystem, and the email and nurture programmes that turn first-touch interest into qualified demos. This is a hands-on execution role: you'll be in the accounts, the CMS, and HubSpot daily, shipping tests, iterating on what works, and connecting output directly to revenue. The ideal candidate pairs analytical rigour with a bias for action — someone who's comfortable pulling performance data, spotting what's broken, and fixing it fast.
