Job Description
As a Business Development Lead (w/m/d) at Enpal, you play a crucial role in the promotion of digital innovations and data-driven strategies in the area of Growth & Operations.
- Process Analysis and Redesign: Analyze and redesign operational processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for our C-Level.
- Implementation of Technological Systems: Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of technological systems to support the growth organization, following a system-agnostic approach.
- Change Management: Develop and implement strategies for change management to ensure the smooth introduction of new processes and systems.
- Project Management: Apply project management methods to plan, execute, and monitor projects in the operations area to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Development of Innovative Projects: Develop and lead projects that utilize IoT, AI, and other digital technologies to improve operational processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of direct involvement in growth and/or operations projects
- Process Optimization and Change Management: Proven experience in optimizing growth and/or operations processes and in change management.
- Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work across functions to achieve the best results and show respect for different perspectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to handle various stakeholders.
- Ownership and Accountability: Take full responsibility for your projects.
