Job Description

You will identify strategic projects in the marketing area and independently develop customer-oriented and entrepreneurial strategies to implement them. You will work closely with various stakeholders at Enpal, including Exposure to the CMO. You will build marketing and business development projects from start to finish in an independent manner and optimize them. You will communicate a lot with internal and external stakeholders when setting up new projects. You will creatively develop and implement marketing concepts and analyze their impact to further improve them.

Qualifications

You have a very successful Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier business school. You have initial work experience or internships in a fast-growing company such as a startup or in a consulting firm. You are characterized by an analytical, proactive, and highly solution-oriented approach. You have a natural strength in communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You have a great interest in building companies and a strong willingness to learn. You have a goal-oriented approach, a high level of proactivity, and a sense of responsibility. You have experience prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and implementing a 100% approach when working on important tasks. You set high quality standards for yourself and others and demonstrate a can-do attitude that motivates others. You are fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
