Job Description

You will support growth initiatives and accompany the operational implementation. You will help identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships (including preparing meetings and documents). You will analyze funnels/KPIs and translate insights into concrete measures to increase performance. You will support business cases, offer logics, and commercial analyses. You will take ownership of first own initiatives and work closely with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

Study in an economically related, technical, or tech-affine field. First experience in commercial roles (e.g., business development, sales ops, consulting, finance, start-up/scale-up). Strong Excel/Sheets skills and ability to translate insights into clear decisions and actions. Entrepreneurial, performance-oriented working style: growth mindset, ownership, and high demand for results. Negotiating-safe German and English skills in speech and writing.
