Job Description

You identify strategic projects in the marketing area and independently develop customer-oriented and entrepreneurial strategies to implement them. You work closely with various stakeholders at Enpal, including Exposure to the CMO. You build marketing and business development projects in an independent manner from start to finish and optimize them. You communicate a lot with internal and external stakeholders when setting up new projects. You creatively develop and implement marketing concepts and analyze their impact to improve them further.

Qualifications

You have a very successful bachelor's/master's degree from a top-tier business school. You have initial work experience or internships in a fast-growing company such as startups or in a management consulting firm. You are analytical, proactive, and highly solution-oriented. You have a natural strength in communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You have a great interest in building companies and a strong desire to learn new things. You have a goal-oriented approach, a high level of proactivity, and a sense of responsibility. You have experience prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and implementing a 100% approach when working on important tasks. You have high standards for yourself and others and demonstrate a can-do attitude that motivates others. You are fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
