Growth Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analysis of our sales funnels across all locations
  • Identification of bottlenecks and derivation of concrete recommendations
  • Daily KPI tracking (including Show Rate, Conversion, Capacity, Utilization)
  • Support in forecasting & performance optimization
  • Building and maintaining a knowledge database for transparent documentation of sales insights
  • Collaboration with team leads, sales VPs, and CSO for continuous process improvement
  • Implementation of projects for sales automation

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Sales Operations in fast-growing companies)
  • Background in Business Administration, Data Science, or similar
  • High willingness to learn and intrinsic motivation
  • Hands-on mentality and a desire to actively shape processes
  • Experience with analysis tools and ideally the ability to extract and analyze data, e.g., from Snowflake
  • Travel readiness (approx. 1 site visit per month)
  • Interest in B2C sales mechanics (operational focus)
  • Fluent German language skills in speech and writing.
