Job Description

You steer and scale all smart-metering growth channels (performance, lost leads, D2D, and new channels) and ensure that every funnel segment is clean, measurable, and growth-oriented.

You are responsible for consistent end-to-end performance tracking, recognize patterns early, and derive clear measures from them, which you implement immediately with the channels.

You take on requirements from all involved units, prioritize them hard, and translate them into clear decisions, roadmaps, and next steps that are binding for all stakeholders.

You develop product features and operational processes further so that conversion, efficiency, and scalability of the smart-metering operations noticeably increase and bottlenecks are sustainably eliminated.

You identify operational blockers early, systematically clear them out of the way, and ensure that speed, lead times, and quality remain high in all channels.

You enable the teams, create clear ownership structures, and ensure that execution, KPI control, and cooperation across all interfaces function smoothly.

Qualifications

Above-average analytical skills and a very structured, precise way of working and thinking (preferably with a consulting background).

First experience in a startup or scale-up environment is an advantage – high speed, ownership, and pragmatic work are second nature to you.

Very strong operational competence: you recognize challenges early, set clear priorities, and drive solutions forward independently.

Excellent communication and interface skills: you can take on requirements from different channels, critically examine them, and translate them into clear decisions.

High confidence in handling KPIs: you analyze data, recognize patterns, and derive concrete measures for channel performance from them.

Completed university degree, preferably in economics, engineering, data, or management disciplines.

German at native level, English at least at C1 level.
