Data Analysis & Insights: Collect and interpret data for strategic recommendations to management

Strategy Development & Implementation: Work on growth strategies and accompany the operational implementation

Project Management: Take end-to-end responsibility for strategic and operational projects

Operational Support: Support the coordination with other departments and the execution of processes in daily business

Qualifications

Excellent Academic Achievements: Degree or ongoing studies at a top university with above-average grades (e.g., in the upper percentile of the cohort), particularly in relevant fields (business, finance, engineering, etc.)

Experience at Leading Companies: Internships or initial professional experience at top-tier companies in areas such as high-growth start-ups, management consulting (especially MBB), private equity, investment banking (Bulge Bracket)

Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent talent for data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to develop sound strategic recommendations

Technology Affinity: Quick aptitude in dealing with new technologies and tools, especially no-code/low-code platforms, and the ability to efficiently use them for optimizing processes and projects

Performance-Oriented Work Style: High standards for one's own work, with a proven track record of excellent results, even under high pressure

Communication Skills: Convincing appearance and the ability to present complex matters precisely and understandably to various stakeholders

Proactive Self-Initiative: High motivation to take responsibility and independently drive projects forward

Teamplayer with Adaptability: High social competence, with the ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
