Responsibilities

• You are responsible for creating reports and analyses in Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel
• You lead business-relevant insights from data analysis, including pointing out necessary action areas
• You conduct performance analyses of all kinds to always know exactly where the sales department stands
• You dive deep into KPIs to identify where the greatest potential for improvement exists
• Together with your team, you take responsibility for company-wide OKRs and projects
• Together with the (Senior) Management, you conceptualize measures and develop Enpal every day

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a college or university for at least two more semesters
• You have initial work experience through part-time student jobs or internships with the tools Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau
• You have the ability to analyze complex data sets and gain meaningful insights
• You are characterized by high reliability and a detail-oriented work approach
• You have a strong understanding of business and sales metrics
• You are communicative and have excellent German language skills
