Job Description

Join the Growth Marketing team of Enpal Italia and play a key role in our expansion in the Italian market. As a Paid Social Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and operation of video and display advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with a concrete focus on performance and creativity.

You will manage significant budgets autonomously, explore new channel opportunities, and connect thousands of Italian families with the mission of Enpal: bringing solar energy to every home.

What You Will Do In Enpal

• Develop and manage innovative marketing campaigns managing important budgets on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads to reach lead generation goals.
• Create content (videos and statics) for social campaigns
• Analyze the market, consumers, and competitor activity
• Measure the performance of your campaigns analyzing in cohort all funnel metrics of the content
• Manage relationships with account managers of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube and with influencer marketing agencies and UGC content
• Proactively propose new channels and new marketing opportunities for the team

Qualifications

· You have 2 or more years of experience in similar roles

· You have a bachelor's, master's, or university master's degree in Marketing and/or Economics

· You have an analytical and data-driven approach and can comfortably analyze on excel and the main analytics tools (GA, Tableau, clarity etc.)

· You can devise, write, and create (shoot and edit) engaging video and graphic content for social media (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma, Photoshop)

· You know and can manage the Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads panel

· You are constantly discovering the perfect content through A/B testing and targeting strategies

· You can identify the most relevant data and propose creative solutions to improve performance

· You can research and analyze microdata to profile the most targeted users

· You can develop benchmarks to monitor competitor activity

· It is considered a plus if you can develop landing pages for your campaigns with Webflow or AI tools

· You speak fluent English
