About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join our SaaS product team at Solargraf.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage the full product life cycle, overseeing the process from discovery to execution and launch.
• Define clear, measurable goals and objectives to ensure success
• Implementing best-in-class product management processes to drive product strategy, planning, and execution for our new and existing markets.
• Own the VOC (Voice of the Customer) and represent it faithfully internally. Be obsessed with our customers - who they are, what their needs and pain points are, why they trust certain products and not others, etc. Connect with as many real-world customers as is reasonable to have an authentic understanding of where the market is currently and where it is moving.
• As a Product Owner for key components of the platform, you will be contributing to the business and technical success of the product.
• Work with a cross-functional team of engineering, data science, sales, and senior executives to prioritize key features/functionality to deliver a winning commercial product offering. Act as a product owner and be closely involved in the design, documentation, and testing of features.
• Collaborate with the UX team to provide wireframes, mock-ups, or other design materials as necessary to communicate how your products are experienced.
• Be a great partner to sales and customer success teams - support, listen, guide, and enable.

What You Need

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering from Tier 1 engineering colleges (IITs, BITS, NITs)
• MBA from a reputed college (IIMs, ISB, or tier 1 B-school)
• Self-starter, results-driven, and effective at working within a cross-functional setup
• GPA of 8 & above
• Stellar oral and written communication skills
• Passionate about delighting customers
• Creative thinker and problem solver

Things That Make a Difference

• Software Engineering experience
• 3-5 years of Product management experience
• Hands-on technical experience on Python, mobile/web apps
• Experience building new Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning technologies
• Strong business acumen
