Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately! We are seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as Remarketing Car Inventory Coordinators. This position pays $20 per hour and is located at 405 West Street West Bridgewater, MA 02379.

The Remarketing Car Inventory Coordinator will work with the existing team responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly cognizant of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

• Monday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Tuesday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Wednesday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Saturday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (occasionally, during our peak season)

Responsibilities

• Daily check in appraisal of vehicles with Remarketing VIC device
• Perform basic maintenance checks under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, antenna and exterior of the vehicle
• Monitoring and tracking of all units entering and exiting the West Bridgewater Lot for all business lines
• Lot organization in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain and organize key security
• Complete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehicles
• Schedule minor repairs and coordinate pick up and delivery with outside vendors
• Notify Manager of potential unsafe equipment, conditions and vehicle problems
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old
