We're looking for a highly motivated and independent Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead our partner marketing function from the ground up. You'll be a key player in driving the success of our VAR, Affiliate, Technology Integration, and Content Solutions programs.

As a versatile all-rounder, you'll be responsible for the entire partner marketing lifecycle; working with the CMO and VP, Global Partners Ecosystem on strategy, planning, and hands-on execution. You'll work closely with our partners to create and launch co-marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and grow revenue.

Responsibilities

As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that align with our business goals and partner program objectives.
  • Craft marketing plans for each stage of the partner lifecycle to maximize engagement and growth.
  • Create comprehensive sales and marketing toolkits for partners, including pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, webinars, and co-branded assets to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage partner onboarding and ongoing enablement campaigns and training content to ensure partners are equipped for success.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns with and through partners (email, social, events, webinars, content syndication).
  • Analyze campaign performance to ensure we're achieving maximum ROI.
  • Develop compelling communications for our partners, such as newsletters, sales enablement materials, portal / product updates, campaign templates, and launch / joint announcements to enable partner success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to showcase and promote joint success stories, testimonials, and align partner activities with company GTM priorities.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as partner-sourced revenue, influenced pipeline, MQLs, and campaign ROI.
  • Support partner participation in industry events and webinars.
  • Lead and execute co-marketing initiatives with our top-tier partners.
