We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Product Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Product Specialist will focus on supporting our large separation product line and will be responsible for maximizing the sales and market share of assigned products by utilizing deep product knowledge and understanding customer needs. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, engaging with customers to provide tailored solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. The Specialist aims to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and establish long-term relationships with key accounts.

The Sales Product Specialist will report directly to the Business Development Manager.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Assist in managing, developing, and controlling the growth of assigned products within the product group.
  • Stay updated on competitive product offerings and activities.
  • Coordinate basic product requirement specifications with Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
  • Support in maintaining a competitive pricing structure.
  • Assist with product introductions as directed by the Global Product Team.
  • Participate in product sales training programs and attend sessions.
  • Collaborate with representatives and distributors to promote and sell Eriez' equipment.
  • Recommend and price standard equipment for customer applications under supervision.
  • Act as a junior liaison between customers, field reps, and Eriez departments to address application issues.
  • Participate in field representative training and assist in making sales calls.
  • Attend Trade Shows and other promotional events as required.
  • Support maintaining product documentation for literature, the website, and technical publications.
  • Provide basic application assistance, quoting, and customer support for assigned products.
  • Gain familiarity with the policies, products, pricing, etc., of all Eriez products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
