Creative Designer
Superette is the Client's award-winning in-house creative studio—a multi-disciplinary collective built to inspire, lead, and deliver culture-shaping work across every channel and touchpoint. Made up of creative directors, art directors, copywriters, editorial writers, growth creatives, and designers, we exist to infuse creativity into every corner of the business and elevate it as a true driver of growth. Our mission is to build a brand people actually care about—one that shows up meaningfully, solves problems, earns its place in culture, and creates work that hits hard and sticks. Our studio is stacked with some of the best talent in the game, and our ambition is simple: raise the bar with every brief. In 2024, we were named the #2 in-house studio by The One Show and The Drum, and celebrated by Cannes Lions, Fast Company, and more.
About the Role
We're looking for a Brand Designer who can build brand storytelling design inside Superette, the Creative Studio at the Client. A core part of this role is executional support for Co-Marketing (Co-Mktg) campaigns by producing video templates, MOFU/LOFU assets, and performance ads that leverage our established design templates at speed and scale. While there is room to lean into high-level concepting, the day-to-day output is largely executional, similar to our casting and production model.
You'll be equally comfortable optimizing CRM and performance campaigns for measurable results as you are elevating the Client's visual expression and design language. Partnering across Brand and Marketing, you'll deliver design that is strategically sharp, emotionally resonant, and unmistakably on-brand. You'll also partner with CGI production studios on select premium productions, art directing opening scenarios rooted in Client brand and co-marketing inputs, guiding the pacing, timing, and placement of products while shaping end scenario design. Production will be handled, your role is to provide creative direction and consultative input that keeps work on-brand.
You'll report to the Head of Design within Marketing, shaping how our studio integrates performance rigor with brand craft.
