Marketing Manager

Drive disciplined execution of portfolio marketing initiatives by managing campaigns, prioritizing workstreams, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across credit card and financial services portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign & Program Execution
- Support end-to-end execution of portfolio marketing campaigns across onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle initiatives
- Partner with strategy leads to translate marketing plans into actionable deliverables (targeting, briefing, deployment, QA)
- Project & Workflow Management
- Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of marketing requests across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Ensure adherence to timelines, dependencies, and QA standards across systems (e.g., workflows, targeting tools, approvals)
- Organization & Prioritization
- Serve as a central coordinator across stakeholders to ensure clarity of priorities and sequencing of deliverables
- Balance competing demands while maintaining focus on high-impact, revenue-driving initiatives
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Product, Analytics, Operations, and Creative teams to align on campaign needs and execution requirements
- Support development and maintenance of marketing collateral, customer communications, and channel execution plans
- Assist in managing ongoing channel execution (e.g., email, statements, digital placements) to ensure messaging accuracy and consistency
- Support ongoing enhancements to portfolio marketing programs including onboarding, engagement, and reactivation efforts

- Ad Hoc & Continuous Improvement
- Support audits, process improvements, and special projects tied to portfolio performance and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve execution quality
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 3–5 years of experience in marketing, financial services, or related environment
Preferred Experience
Experience in credit card, banking, or financial services marketing Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience supporting campaign execution and marketing operations
